Who We Are:

We are a ministry that exists to care for and serve the congregation of Connect Community Church! We come alongside individuals and families during times of need to offer practical support, encouragement, or a helping hand. Whether someone is walking through a difficult season, celebrating a significant life event, or simply needs a little extra support: we are here to help. Our desire is to be the hands and feet of Jesus by caring for our church family and making sure no one has to walk through life alone.

What We Do:

  • Provide meals for individuals and families in times of need.
  • Offer practical support during difficult or unexpected circumstances.
  • Care for families during times of illness, loss, or major life changes.
  • Support new parents and families welcoming an infant.
  • Celebrate with our church family during significant milestones and special occasions.
  • Offer encouragement and prayer to those walking through challenging seasons.

Connect Cares Ministry Leader

After immigrating from Rwanda, Esperance found her home here at Connect Community Church. Over the last 18 years, she has become an integral part of our church making sure others feel seen, cared for, and supported. Through Connect Cares, Esperance and her team love being able to come alongside individuals and families during life’s difficult seasons, offering a helping hand and the love of Jesus in practical ways. Her desire is for every person in our church family to know they are loved and never have to walk through a difficult time alone.
